I don't think you'll see combo's, but there will most likely be spells that work well together

Why should Randoms get an advantage?
How about the maps? The maps would need to be structured that way. and in all the screens I've seen so far there are only 2 sides to each map. Not sure if it's possible in this game
Well typically your Credit Card company sends you a new card in the month your current one expires, then you simply call them and activate the new card and cut your old one up. There should not be an issue with the purchase. because it has already been entered just not processed. However if there is you will have time to correct it and pre order again i am sure
I think that with the full arsenal of skills and units given to both Assassins and Generals the general should win the engagement, based on the fact that with correct micro he can probably escape alot easier while using his minions to block an assassin. of course thats probably why you'd keep a Spell in reserve or something. i just think that with good micro the general will at least live longer or to fight another day
When the date gets closer Someone will post a Hamachi group or something that we can all join and we can chat using the Demigod IRC to set things up. I know TAG won;t have problems finding people to play with.
Tell that to Scyn. It charged his CC 4 times, and only 2 were actual purchases
Well Just don't pre order through Impulse, because if you entered anything wrong and it denies the Credit card you still get charged for a copy you don't have
Well First I'd start with an S, then I'd draw a more different S Close it up real good at the top, then using using Consumate V's give it Teeth, spinities, and angry Eyebrows. Then add smoke, or fire. Maybe some wings, If he's a wing-a-ling dragon. Maybe add one of those Beefy arms back in there. now he just needs a name... Any suggestions?
Dawn of War, CoH, C&C3, RA2, All store the chat of the user who saved the replay(and anything he received) Even the C&C3 replay systems has a "Through the eyes" where it follows exactly what the player is doing-Like your looking over his shoulder. Granted the size of these games replays is larger then replays in supcom but I don't really view that as much of an issue. CoH replays still only take like 15 seconds to download.
This is what I meant Innociv
When moving across the battlefield, the Queen of Thorns is carried within the petals of an closed rose that regenerates her health
See it's not a skill but it is still a way for her to regain health. I never said each demigod needs a Skill they just needed a way to heal. Which could include a natural regen. It would be like playing Supcom without being able to heal your Commander - EVER, or Not having repair bays in SoaSE. Th
Yes the persistent Demigod thing is tied only to custom games, and I wouldn't see them limiting 1 persistent demigod to an account but probably tracks the progress of all Demigods.
Well while the game is a Team based Action/RPG/RTS they have said they will also have a 1v1 mode, Every demigod would need a healing method to stay competitive, but not each one needs a healing skill. The Rook heals when around structures, so from the sound of it he has to be in his base. That could apply to many of the other demigods. I remember the mention of a Recall ability to return to your castle(may have changed with Tyo's breakfast) so maybe everyone will just heal in their base or natur
I never said they were pro's Just that I've seen it used in many tournaments(Foreign and N.A.). And it wasn't a recording software. I've used those before and these file sizes were nothing compared to what Fraps or similar programs put out-Not to mention I had to watch some of them through starcraft
Ahh you mean on the skill bar m0oEy? Well teh rough sketch had slots for 6 for the vamp lord... If it is just 4 though then I woudl assume your Choices are 4 Skills or 1 Reliving the Immolation and 3 Immolation only skills or any combination therein. while still keeping you at 4. and no passive would not need to be on the bar, they are passive, like once you get it you know know it and will take it with you forever and ever.
Yeah they use that program in all the Starcraft tournaments and then you can find the First person replays online, it's pretty cool to see someone with like a 500apm go crazy with the micro
I think the issue with Supcom not displaying Cost values of units was because the game was largely based off the numbers. And with frequent balance changes there no guarantee the the released unit costs would be the same as patched unit costs. As far as errors go, Yes errors happen, but they are not always on the devs end. Sometimes it's a printers error in the transfer process. Things like that happen. As a child i always thought a good manual defined a game. Just look at the manual f
You know what the Anti Pirate protection was for Master of Orion? you got a book that came with the game display a picture of a ship and a name for each ship. When you got so many turns into the game it Asked you to turn to page X and identify the Displayed ship. if you couldn;t do that it closed your game for you. We've come a long way since then, but now we are starting to go too far in the other direction. Anti Pirate software only keeps people at bay for a limited time as it cannot be a dyna
m0oEy For the Torchbearer it breaks down like this(From what Tyo said) the TB has 10 skills, 4 Activate skills 2 Passive skills 3 Activate skills W/ Reliving the Immolation 1 Reliving the Immolation For a grand total of 10 skills.
Is the catch all phrase engraved on the office door Tyo?

Well Supcom had a well rounded replay system. And while the meta game in supcom(and every game) will always be changing. Supcom's meta came changed the most when the vault was wiped. This is either because no one had replays to go off it or the fact that it was a patch that wiped the vault, and the changes in the patch affected the game play more. Now it's probably the latter, but there is something to be said for readily available replays dulling the communities creative process. Even in Vanil
Not to mention your second method is a monster to comprehend in the heat of battle. Besides after a while you'll get to know the skills and their levels inside and out for certain demigods. that it will be second nature to know your DPS output and abilities
There is a currency in the game and currently it is Represented by $. this is evident in one of the screen shots where White text $1286(or something) is acting as a placeholder. That alone however is not enough to base economic speculation on. For all we know maybe the entire team gets a portion of the reward when enemies are killed. maybe they even have a bounty system for killing Enemy demigods. maybe the capture points around the map supply you will currency. There too much to specul
Yeah in most skill based games it jumps by like 5-10% and then after a few levels it lowers to 3-5% then 1-2% so you get dimishing returns
