There is a lot of discussion at the moment about premades. I was just reading one thread when I realised that half of the people were talking about something which was completely different to the other half. IMO premades are a team of people who have predetermined team tactics (i.e. before they hosted/joined the game) and/or voice communication. I don't think that just because you know or have played with the other people before makes it a "premade". But the point of this is:

I think a random map button would be of more use when we have more maps so you could choose which map size you want to get a random one from. Otherwise you could end up playing 3v3 on mandala or something like that.
