Maybe I am a bit dense here, but what problems areas will the proxy servers address? Here is what I am hoping will be addressed: Inability to even get into a game in the lobby. Of the 25 games listed in the lobby, I can only get into a handful. When I try to get into the other games, I get a cannot connect type error. My experience so far is that the multiplayer game works great once everyone can get into it. It's the getting into a game that is so painful. I just outright cannot join most games being listed in the custom games. When I can, it takes a substantial amount of time to negotiate the connections. When you do find a game that you can connect to, you spend a good amount of time waiting for a connection to be established between your computer and everyone elses. If you get past this point, you make it to t
I don't mind that there isnt a story or that there isnt much to the single player game. But given the emphasis on multiplayer, why was that botched so much. Everything about getting a game together is atrocious - from the game lobby, to the chat, to the setting up of the game. WTF?
