I think if an item indirectly affects a specific demigod, then that's fair game. But making items specifically for particular demigods just doesn't seem right to me. Maybe put an option in the options menu for "Demigod Specific Items" that can be turned on or off?

I don't think rings against specific demigods is a great idea because even if you are trying to focus fire on a specific demigod, say the rook, the torchbearer might come along and suddenly you are one item short against him because you have your rook ring. As for rings for specific effects like stun or slow or drain and other things like that, I believe that IS a good idea. One interesting point about the DG rings though is that it would force teams to be different demigods. If every
um... I think it's grey because you are currently in forums. If you are at the Lore page, the Lore link is grey.

How about consumable items that you have to buy, but then you use the item once and you learn the ability to summon, and then you spend mana to actually summon them, or something to that effect? And maybe you need the lesser summons before buying the better summons, or the cost of the more better ones is less if you've bought the previous levels of the same creep. I guess we'd need an extra action bar for generals then, but it doesn't seem fair that generals have less item slots because their
well I think that's one of the things they might need to put into Beta 2 to test. Not only do they need us to test the online multiplayer on impulse, but they also need to see who might have problems with it, what those problems are, and so on. I agree that it will be a very important thing to perfect before the full game is released, but I don't think it's going to be working at 100% for beta 2. But there's always wishful thinking! But yes, take your time and make it good.</p
eh. I kinda am but I have TON of stuff to do these next two weeks so it's probably a good thing.
I... Can't! WAIT!!!!! OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG omDG OH MY DEMIGOD!!! And btw, I'm interested in seeing the new Regulus!
Sorry, I don't know the answer to that. (you wanted a bump, right? This should do it)
I understand! My guess is that the ping of the next human player is set to be in the next available slot (in this case, an AI slot), instead of the player's spot.
haha, I don't think you can.
here's another post on the ame problem: http://forums.demigodthegame.com/329655
Similar thing happened to me. I alt-tabbed because I recieved an IM. However, I was able to keep alt-tabbing and ctr-alt-delete. I even found that there were 2 windows that were complete grey. One of them was Demigod. The other was titled Fatal Error. I was able to quit the demigod process in the Task Manager and both windows closed and then I restarted the game.
I just played a game with sandbox mode and the citadel went down and nothing happened. I'm guessing that's probably what happened with your game.
There's an option now that has different victory conditions. One is by conquering the other team like usual, and now there is an option called "sandbox." Maybe you selected sandbox mode so it never ended?
You mean ? I think everyone has that.
I think the problem is that once the towers next to it are destroyed, it has no defense of its own. Although it is inside the base so there should be plenty of enemy creeps and DGs to defend it
Haha, I was wondering which way to word it. I do like the idea of not having enemies so I can test out my demigod without worrying about enemy demigods pushing while im trying out new items or looking at skills tho. But yeah, I definitely see your point. :-P
jellyfishing! jellyfishing! *ahem* I'm calm! really!
Ahh, the tooltip in the talent tree says health, but the ability tooltip on the action bar says mana.
I'm pretty certain the tooltip says mana, but im not opposed to the idea of it taking health.
I was unable to hit the "launch game" button until at least one slot on the opposing team was eatier closed or had an ai.
I was unable to use the Torchbearer's abilities by clicking on the ability button while in fire mode. I had to press the corrosponding numbers to use the abilities.
The Unclean Beast's ooze ability constantly deplete's his health instead of his mana. EDIT: the tooltip in the talent tree says it the ooze ability depletes health, but the ability tooltip on the action bar says it depletes mana.
