The game only puts AI's in for the players who failed to connect in the beginning (look at thier names, that are all player ones), its not intended to be like that. Yep QoT spawns in the deafault mode, even though its the "Open" mode (the Spike mode), but i know what you mean. One thing about the QoT modes is that she gets a really big bounus in her Closed mode (spalsh dmg, higher mp & hp regen, higher armor), while TB only gets a 10 second buff after changing. [e digicons]:S[/e] And she can change modes while moveing, which is a great advantage compared to TBs modes, because speed is a highly important factor in DG. Also, i got the t
This problem is quite annoying, but you can get along with it. As UhelligGudn said its 2 seconds, that time usually doesn't really matter, but only if you are not in combat . Inside a combat it can really change the tide, so just make sure you are in the mode you want to be if you enter a fight. But I'd really like to see Stardock makeing TB respawn in the mode he died in.
Does it r

Well, Vladesch I got you point of view, but: - the enemy side will just as often have the same situation as you do, maybe in the next game the enemys got someone who gets easily killed by you - if the player who is dieing is a AI you can't do anything about it, AIs are easy for nearly all players and not thought to play in pantheon, there you shoul
If you click on it when it says "right click to drop" you would actually drop it, not sell. (works only with real items, not idols) If you want to sell it you have to be at any shop, Artifact or Item, doesn't matter, and then right click on it in the upper left screen.

People you exaggerate.... Which game runs perfect these days direc after release? None! And demigod has quite good ingame balancing and is playable for most people ( my guess 80%). And like it is with every online game there are people which have problems with connection. If someone buys World of Warcraft and isnt able to connect everyone would blame him for being unable to open the correct pors or setup his router correct at all. No
Yeah Generals need a large overhaul! Scrapping idols is a great idea and a large step in the right direction.
Summary: Assassins overpowered Generals underpowered
To an certain extend: Yes. Especially Oak is awsome BAD in early game.
Oh yes plz! And an Demigod editor please xD I would take an Minotaur and scale it up on 1/2 Rook size and give him some nice skills or .... an Regulus in black with an dagger as weapon and stealth abillity! We need an Demigod Editor!!!
I played generals mostly idol based earlier and I have to say they are quite bad now with 2 instead of 4 minions per idol. But I asked myself: Why are they so crappy? And I came to the conclusion they are way to expensive. So nothing new here :P And than I tried to examined the stats and noticed a 400 hp increase for minotaurs, 300 for archers and 200 for priests per idollevel. So what are the other stats? Is there any datasheet? Esp
Regulus. He needs no skill and you kill most characters with one click. I mean hes not even very fragile so you could justify his range and dmg.... Snipe is the killer skill, and needs no skill to use as well.. best finisher. And to the Argument Regulus is described as a demigod-killer: This Game is all about killing. Pushing is of little interrest and so its all about killing or supporting the killers. So beeing the best killer means beeing the
I would love such an item :) And I would really really love a demigod with such a skill :) with this or with stealth!
Yeah I agree, good Idea! But I think a small icon in the upper right corner, indicationg how many towers you have, would be better. Like the skill-symbol + the number on it.

Where is the challange in this? 5x Regulus is easymode :P I mean comeon what could be easier and more unfair than attacking every demigod from outside their reach and sniping them adeath as soon as they move an inch back... But hey if you dindt get enough ppl to test it I would join you.
First of all I have to say I like competive gameplay and even would say demigod is curently lacking in that position. But on the other hand I hate the whole e-sport scene. Its all about minmaxing statspadding and cheating and most e-sport players i know are not the nicest ppl, not to say elitist assholes :D But you talked about getting people to play demigod for some money tournaments. The first thing which needs to be done first is make demigod higly competetive.

I would like to share my impressions about some demigods and suggestions regardging those impressions: Unclean Beast As often said his damage is currently a little to high. I have a few things to add: 1. The generals priests are quite bad in the way they work now. They heal very rare and they tend to not heal if you order them on an allied demigod. My idea to solve this problem would be: Change the generals priests to heal only. Reason: If you want damage minions you wouldn't buy priests, you only buy them for heal but they are quite bad at that curently. If they only could heal, one would be able to order them on a demig
In dota you can encorporate line of site, which adds a whole nother lvl skill. I know this game isnt dota. the reason i enjoy dota is this specifically.
Do you mean "line of sight"? Because Demigod has line of sight, clearly :P So whats the difference, which particular point of dotas line of sight do you like more?
I found a Bug which is highly repeatable. If the Torchbearer gets very close to enemys his auto attack (throwing fire/ice balls) dont hits at all/ it makes no damage. This is very obvious vs Minotaur creeps: The missle flighs over the creep makes an sharp curve and lands on the ground behind the creatures back. For me it seems like the missle is just not hitting him from an gamephysic point of view and so it does no damage. But this looks very exploitable for a
I agree that skill choice seems to be somewhat unimpactful at this point. There are few skills, and many points. I'd like to see more skills. I feel this is the right choice as there are few demigods to play. Each demigod should be able to be played in a multitude of ways.
I agree fully! There is simply no Choice. And the skills have little influence compared to simpler games like dota. I mean in dota you got
