I really like how this system works. You have only one (or two if you count items) silence and the rest of cast-cancel skills are interrupt and stuns. interrupts work exactly the same like stuns only with a very short duration. So stuns are, in my opinion, only interrupts with the advantage of an unconciousness of the target. Yeah I agree that there should be a penality for losing the minnions (at least xp for the killer). But beside that: Belancing is quite fine but to be honest: Why has erebus minions and torch bearer not? Erbus plays totally like an assasin if you wish but torch bearer has an possible aura ealier than erbus. And why have the generals 3 item/idol slots more than the assasins? And how would you describe RTS like? Just like a walking base? Or at least depandable on minions?
This problem is caused though the other payers not trough demigods matching system. If someone passes out during connection he will not be replaced with ai (happened to your 2nd light guy) if someone flys out after the loading screen starts players will be replaced with ai, which is wwas happened to the two dark players. In other words: If not versus AI there wouldn't be a game at all since no one could connect with each other.
Hi folks! Many people on the forum criticize the lacking uniqueness of generals. To a certain degree I agree. Basically generals feel like assasins with 1-2 Minion skills + Idols. That comes mostly from the fact that you can play all generals completly without minnions but you can put some easy 900 $ in priests which give neat healing while all assasins dont have this possibility. I don't want to say that GPG & Stardock did a bad job with the generals. I wo
The spell goes of as soon as you click it. Only the effect kicks in just after the cast is finnished. I see that its quite hard if you are canceled i certain situations but if you see it from the opposite side: What would cast cancel help if the cooldown isnt started? Nothing you couldnt cast it for 1 second and after it just cast it like there happened nothing. So my impression is that this system adds a layer of tactic & strateg
The most important thing: Play you first games in singleplayer . Look at all items wich you could buy and get a good overview about them. Same for the Demigods, read their abilities and chose the one you like the most. And then just play. First maybe against easy AI, afterwards against normal. Try a few tactics, items only then start to play online. Many people will thank you for that. You won't make yourself happy if you play in

Could anyone explain me how it comes that dark side leaded in points since start of this round and then in a matter of a day light made a 22,000 point leap? The devs worked hard and fast to solve the problem and with this patch the fixed the problems of very many people, so they did a good job. You both are the first players I heard of that got this problem now. Sure it would be better if you could still play, but they didn't do this intentionally. The problem of favor points and achivements (should be the "success" you mentioned) getting reset is a known issue, there are many people experiencing this. The developers are working hard to fix the matter.
That whole issue is also the reason for so many generals not, or rarely, using their minion skills. Minion generals aren't bad at all, they are just less good at killing other demigods. They planed to implement replays, or even implemented it to a degree. But it looks like somehow it didn't work as intendet so they turned the feature off. You allready should have a folder called replays in My Documents / My Games / Gas Powered Games / Demigod. Atm they are working at the connection stuff, and the other more important things. It could take some time, but they will repair the replay system for sure.
