It's best used as a quick interrupt to cancel abilities with obvious graphical wind-ups... i.e., a fireball or a hammer slam. It is used. How often, I'm not sure. edit: ninja'd edit edit: sort of... I must have had the page cached or something.

Oh- also.. it looks like you may have ports 6100 & 6200 open. And not the range between them? Or maybe that's just how your router displays it. A hypen is more commonly used to denote ranges. Do you play Rook? I would like (being sincere) to see a Rook fare well on Prison. I know there are many players out there who are better than me... But I just don't see how Rook could possibly keep up on Prison in an even match. People have the impression that he is this extreme tanking badass. Meh. I can't think of a single DG who a Rook can reliably kill before hammer slam three. Most Prison games I play don't make it much past that point.
Most of the time, killing a decent Sedna takes more than two demigods in my experience. You have to blow all of your cooldowns to make her flinch. Even then, she does her little squatting kitty sparkle magic and then pounces you to pieces.
