Do you have any idea how many updates there have been to Demigod? The last one is barely 2 weeks ago.
What are these updates full of? If they don't fix anything then why release them? LoL beta is already more polished, diverse, and lag-free than this game. And it didn't cost me a cent.

I left a long time ago. I *tried* to switch from DotA to Demigod but the extreme amount of issues that this game has sent me right back. I still come back and play Demigod occasionally to check and see if GPG/SD got their sh*t together yet and inevitably, the game is in the exact same state that I left it in - a steaming pile of crap. I can't believe that people are actually apologizing to Stardock for calling them out on how fail this game is. How about Stardock apologizes to
I updated the Fire and Ice TB build with my new take on this game.
No competitive team in their right mind would want to play this game.
[trolling removed] I will never buy another GPG game again. Stardock... I am aware that much of this is not your fault since you are paired with a completely fail company. Nonetheless, I am mad as hell that I wasted my money on this. I went back to playing DotA after about a month.
When I have multiple towers I always stack them directly on top of each other. Then you don't see the chaining effect - you can see all 4 of them hitting rapid fire one after the other. They dont all hit at the same time for some reason tho...
When 'mulch Shambler' used one of your shamblers will charge in at their current target and explode.
This is a great idea. Normally its hard to maneuver them into the proper position, since the AoE is so small. Or you could just increase the AoE of the damage as well. This would still allow you to get the "instant heal" effect while making it easier to do damage wtih.
I've made some pretty good comebacks in the past even from teams that farmed our noob asses all the way to top gear. We realized that we couldn't out DPS them so we sold most of our gear, teched to giants, and bought reinforcement damage and armor. 6-7 mins later, GG we won.
This strategy has also worked for me; if the opponents have NO money to get creep upgrades you can win by mass teching at once.
Yeah that kind of stuff only happens online if your allies (or you) have been feeding hardcore. If you have been killing the enemy Reg (as you should, as often as possible, in the early game), they will stay weak in the late game. Yet another classic example of why the AI in this game is meaningless/imbalanced/stupid and no substitute for play against a live enemy.
Playing TB, I have noticed that in ice mode, the character will not switch to moving-while-attacking mode until after the enemy DG has already gone out of range. Then he will attempt to catch up to the enemy. Thanks to Permafrost, I am still usually able to catch them, but if their (Permafrost-adjusted) move speed was exactly equal to mine, then I would never be able to hit them again. However, if I had started the fight already in motion (by coming into an existing chase from the side) I wou
Secondly, finding bugs can be bloody hell when they have so much to look through. Its by all means not GPG's fault and they stated they were trying to fix it before. However I have to say, this was reported in the early beta stages a hundred times, and they completely ignored us on the bug which is why its still in the retail.
Then whose fault is it? GPG wrote the entire damn game, it's definitely their fault. Then released

First, I'm going to have to suggest that you not play pure Ice TB. Secondly, if you insist on doing so, I would suggest getting max rank Permafrost, Boots of Speed, Swift Anklet, and Wand of Speed. Most enemies will be unable to catch you with this combination. I usually find that activating Wand of Speed and running towards the base gets me in the clear in a few seconds. Only the fastest of Unclean Beasts can keep up with you if you have these items. Since Torchbearer's HP an
I rarely find myself needing to lock our flags against the enemy, but conversely I *do* find that locking the enemy portal/valor flags is critical to winning. I also generally carry one cap lock so that I can lock the flag in my lane as I am leaving the lane to heal. An even better strategy is to lock the flag in my lane, and then go cap and hold another lane. This gives me double the war score for my manpower.
I find that every time my opponents think they are going to be funny and play multiples of the same DG, they get completely rolled. Instead of covering each others' weaknesses, they are all weak to the same thing. Therefore, exploit that weakness and it is easy to defeat a single-DG team. Assuming equal teamplay skills, a balanced team of different DGs will always defeat one of all the same DG. What probably happened is that your opponents chose ahead of time to play the same
I find Demigod to be exceptionally well-balanced. DotA is far more of a slippery-slope game, where losing early screws you in the end. I personally have had several amazing comebacks in Demigod that would have never been possible in DotA.
Quoting Tiny4Ever, reply 5: some random guy fixed it before the game company...lol Yes Tiny, for the 100th time, we get it. There is no escaping your endless onslaught of DG bashing on IRC and forums. Funny you are still around with all the negativity towards DG and its devs/mods. You probably have no understanding of how programming works either. Which means you have no idea how hard it can be to find problems like tha
