I think DA was really well designed and very unique from the other demigods. He doesn't fight well in drawn out battles, nor does he do well against masses of creeps, but he is great at burst damage and ganking. Also, his Swap ability hasn't turned out nearly as game breaking as I originally feared. His only real problems so far is that his passive abilities are somewhat useless, and that his final Warp Strike skill is too strong.

There are a few good reasons why Spine Attack has a longer cooldown than Fireball. Spine Attack does a little more damage than Fireball. Spine Attack has shorter casting time. DA is a melee demigod. TB completely relies on ability damage, DA is a little meatier and has a little better AA. TB might be able to do a few Fireballs in the time DA does one Spine Attack, but that isn't "burst damage," otherwise all of the 3500 damage of damage would
TBH, i think DA's AA is a lil weak. It should have a minor buff. I feel as though DA should be some sort of an outrageous dps character next to UB but i dont think he lives up to it when compared to a UB.
It does seem weak, but maybe the better solution is to boost his passive skills.
i forgot to mention something before.... warp area 1 - lasts for 1.6 secs and does 250 dmg each hit. warp area 2 - lasts for 3.2 secs and does 500 dmg each hit. warp area 2 is practically 4x better than warp area 1. It lasts twice as long and does twice as much dmg. This makes warp area 1 seem completely useless when doing this sort of comparison. so what i wanna suggest is this; <br

Fire TB is bad in general, I don't think he's weak just because of this one skill. I'd probably buff it too though.

Don't get me wrong, I personally find DA to be grossly OP late game with his near instant 1400 damage Warp Strike + 1150 damage Spine Attack combo. I'm simply pointing out that his Warp Area ability is awful and really could be a bit better, not that DA himself needs an overall boost. As some have pointed out, DA will become more like Sedna: devoid of good area damage. However, I don't think that either of these demigods were intentionally designed&nbsp

Warp area has easily one of the coolest skill animations in this game, but the effect and costs are really bad, making DA have trouble destroying creeps late game. While it's bad to compare it to other skills, since every demigod is made differently, I can at least prove that the level 1 skill is terrible with a simple comparison to two other similar skills. Warp Area I Available at level 5, 700 mana, Instant cas
oh I don't know.. the part where it completely makes ranged characters useless. The part where you can stack it to pull demigods directly inside your base than chainstun.
I don't understand how anybody couldn't see this. It's a fun idea, but it's going to become ridiculously abusive.

I just hate going into games where one side has a couple 60s% and one 80% and the other side has a 50% and a 30%, and people just constantly enter and leave the last slot due to not wanting an automatic loss. What makes it worse is when the 80% player responds to this by complaining that people care too much about winning, and leaves the lobby, rather than just moving down to the other team that has the weaker players.
Quoting DalzK, reply 12 Either way the "buff" has done nothing to her - she is still the weakest DG imo. So? I'm not saying you shouldn't make helpful posts about how she's too weak. Posting about how shamblers didn't receive a buff isn't insightful or helpful if you want Qot to be fixed, it just shows that no one here played her enough to understand her most basic problem, if I were a dev this

At OP: I know what you're saying, but I think we should just be glad that we're getting any new demigods at all.
Why noobs are being kicked from games? why everyone cries for balanced games? why no one wants to play vs premade? UHM one anserw: current rating system.....
I usually don't like playing with noobs because the game itself won't be even or fun, not because of rating. Although I agree, some people need to stop being retarded about trying to hold a high win% and avoiding fair games.

For the most part, win% just indicates how much you cherry pick your games. I'm not going to list names, but I've run into many players who enter and leave games if the game is not heavily stacked in their favor. If the game had a real and harsh rating system, I wouldn't be suprised if many of the 75%+ guys had lower ranks than some of the ~50% guys.
LOL, you are assuming anyone in their right mind used to take Shamblers IV. I dunno if 3 extra points of damage and being forced into taking Shamblers IV can be considered a buff.
+1 It's an early game buff but a late game nerf. Shamblers IV is beyond useless.
if hob was so overpowered why so few take it? what's the purpose of the item if you cannot use it to tear down towers? if it gets enrfed to not allow ereb doing this anymore then why should i give up 800 hp, or 15% seepd for a minion buff that's not enough? i rarly see one using it in the past except in 1on1. the ONLY thing that was "oeverpowered" (so to speak) was that ereb could tear down towers while being miles away

You can download or buy screen capture software like FRAPS or Camtasia Studio, rewatch the game from whichever perspective you want, and edit the video and add commentary. If possible, it is better to have the screen capture software running while you are playing the game. This is how most VODs are made in RTS games.
