My solution is to just add about 150-350 health to most of the existing gloves. Everyone needs health, damage in this game is really quite high and fights tend to be fairly short, that way you could give players the option to grab more DPS without falling below a critical amount of health.
As I previously stated, it makes much more sense to just boost all of the demigod's starting HP and nerf the HP items than to give every singl

If the sim speed isn't improving with lower graphics, it's probably because of your weak graphics card more so than your weak CPU.

Had a 1v1 for first time in Pantheon today. I didn't like it. None of the citadel upgrades are affordable in a 1v1 situation so the game just dragged on for a while past war rank 10 until my opponent simply decided to concede. I much rather that Pantheon only ran if there are at least 4 people for a game. Either that, or come up with special 1v1 settings that cheapen citadel upgrades.

A remotely decent Ooze UB beats anything late game. It's not the damage that bothers me, it's the nasty -40% attack speed. Try a non tower Rook build, a spirit Oak build, or essentially any build that doesn't rely on spells vs UB, and you'll
Maybe if all of the demigod's starting HP were slightly increased, HP items could be slightly nerfed so that battle lengths weren't affected but other items could be improved. Just as an example, buffing QoT's HP from 1450 to 1550 and nerfing Unbreakable Boots' HP bonus from 600 to 500 would result in QoT ha

B ut at the very core these favor items do not change the balance. Its just more of the same . I would hate to see these taken out at

A 10 second duration is what I would do, but a % health or gold change could work as well.
I agree that sigil needs to be looked into, but this topic probably deserves a new thread.

Ignoring the terrible new favor items , most of the changes are very good. I particularly like the Theurgist Cap cost reduction, Gauntlets of Despair buff, and Parasite Egg buff, and I also like the fact that Stardock was careful not to boost any of the preexisting items too dramatically, despite some still seeming weak. However, I'm not sure the shambler "buff" was really a buff. Most people avoid getting the 4th summon shambler skill due to its sharp mana

I hate the new favor items. I already thought BotF was overpowered, but now we have even more game breaking items. The weakest Demigods that already relied on other favor items such as QoT's Cloak of Night, Reg's Wrath of God and Poisoned Dagger, and TB's Blade of the Serpent will all receive fairly strong indirect nerfs from this change.

I don't understand why you would want to go pure ooze. Late game, you can stack an extra 150 ranged damage a second with spit, and a spit build only really requires 1 mana helm. I guess your build might work better against an EB / Oak / Sed team, but it seems like a big sacrifice early game for only a marginal stat boost from level 2 and 3 inner beast and level 2 and 3 diseased claws.

I think it would be annoying as hell to play against a demigod that has a 50% dodge rate. Imagine being in a close fight late game and being "unlucky" and missing 3 attacks in a row, missing out on the finishing blow. 30% dodge cap seems high enough, though it could probably be cheaper.

First - QoT Last - Regulus At first I liked having large minion armies with QoT, while I found Reg to be a pansy Demigod for people who didn't want to have an actual fight. Then I discovered EB can get even bigger minion armies and can do a load more damage than QoT, so I stopped using QoT for a while. Now I'm getting back into QoT after discovering how awsome mass mulch can be during late game.

I agree with most of the ideas here. The limited number of useful favor items decreases the amount of diversity that this game could have. However, I wouldn't mind if Blood of the Falllen were nerfed slightly, rather than having every item boosted to its level. I feel like Stardock would have to give many favor items radical boosts to make them as good as BotF, which could result in new imbalances between the different demigods. Finding an

I'm a little worried about Frogboy's mention of new favor items: " High End Favor Items. We’re discussing new high end favor items. They won’t be in this week but the idea is to have things beyond “blood of the fallen” and such that are simply better but cost more." I really would prefer having weak favor items get buffed or strong ones get nerfed than getting new strong favor items that make all of the current ones obsolete.</

Don't focus too hard at fighting tower Rook 1v1. Tower Rook sucks at ganking, since it takes him a while to setup all of his towers, and he can't run too easily. Focus on warping and ganking him and his teammates.

This game isn't competitive enough nor has a useful enough rating system for people to be stats whores. Just play for fun. If you want to be a stats whore, switch to a competitive RTS like Starcraft. I personally refuse to play in a game with stacked teams no matter which side I'm on.
