Hmm, I must have automatically filter that out of my brain. I don't remember seeing it, yet I read almost everything in this thread. That does sound quite racist, however I can't say that I am very aware of racist issues.
The joke was a thinly veiled knock on the idea that public health care changes would be a good thing. I mean the presentation may have been facetious but the comments themselves were obviously quit earnest. Say I had responded that the GW Bush DG would spawn two new enemy DGs each time it defeated one, would that seem like just a joke to you or an expression of my actual opinion?
Lol, that wou
After looking around a bit at people's recent matches, most of the matches are lower rank guys against 1 high rank + 1 middle rank. It also could be because only those people are available during the matching though, and the system is build to put people into game ASAP. So, if the system think the rank is similiar enough after doing some square root and multiplying, they will go ahead and let it happen. While holding the player on wait if the numbers don't add up.
" reply="24" id="2267148"]With a ranking system that gets a soft reset every 10 days, it is very unlikely for ranks to settle down.
Does it really? You mean that all your experience from previous pantheon would not count toward in match making for the next pantheon?
Well, there aren't any female assassin... o wait. *gave sedna a glimpse *
I really need to put this on my note especially for my future products... Us normal people really take things for granted.
omg, leinadon, you bastard! Now I will have nightmare.
I think we have to give the pantheon ranking some time to settle down. Clearly the ranking right now is chaotic, the only thing you can do is suck it up. Pretty sure almost all ranking matching system must go through this "mid level fight a high level with low ranking" phase.
Well, I have met people who is quite (and some very ridiculous) unadaptable to things they do. I think psychology scholars can still debate over what caused this. However, I don't know if that's the situation here.
I think it is quite a laughable system. Especially for someone like me who almost never play pantheon nor try to stack on my wins (purposely switch team to get a win), so in the system I will almost always be near the bottom. Then this clever system will just put me on a stacked team against an opponent of my skill level or lesser (not to brag, but that's what happened). I know for sure that there is no way that I can fight against myself and 2 other guy. I would just pin myself onto the only
Edit: I just realize this thread is about how to win vs QoT not help with win with QoT lol... man, that's what hunger do to you, but at least you know things from QoT's point of view. So now I will put below in quote.
QoT's view point What you are missing is QoT's offensive capability. Her defense is almost top notch, but staying defensive will never win any battle. What you need is aggression. Try to start in offense spell mode majority of the time, for
It can go up to 1100ish because of the cast time and target moving further away than max range. There is also the teleport.
As a side note, is there some way for generals to teleport without taking their minions with them (that I have been overlooking all the time I have been playing)?
No there isn't... but in a way yes, there is. You just need cloak of night, warp stone, elven cloak to continuously teleport so called. Utterly pointless though.
This is quite possibly the most amusing strategy I have seen to date, and I'm saddened to say that I doubt it will continue to work as effectively as it did in the game you played against her.
In the beta, some people tried to play general like a RTS as it was advertised, by sending "only" minions to fight. I used to play like that too, until gpg/stardock said that they won't make any changes to demigod on general gamepl
Our starting theory was that, for death to be a positive experience, players had to feel like they could have avoided dying if they'd done something different. We found two factors that seemed to be important in light of that theory: The first was whether or not you understand what killed you. If you don't know what killed you, that death is failing in providing you the feedback it's supposed to, and you won't be able to figure out what you could have done differe
Ah, that made more sense. I thought she was just sitting next to crystal 24/7.
I don't see how this could work unless QoT had already out level her ally before she perform this trick. Mulch doesn't become effective until 2nd level, and that's already late mid game. Same with number of shamblers QoT can have out at a time. Also that creeps isn't nearly as effective for exp anymore at that level unless you get exp bonus from citadel and exp favor item. There is also the map travel time for the shambler. Not to mention other DG killing the shambler first.</
I personally don't care for double or not, I just think no double is more fun. Having diversity and fighting a different opponent in every different part of the map is more interesting than fighting the same demigod over and over again with the same tactic for the next 10~40 minutes. In a premade vs premade, I would prefer anything goes though. Due to premade having more interesting strategy, and whatever they need to execute with, shouldn't be limited.
Sounds like you guys have lots of weak link in your team, and one or two people was doing more than 80% of the work to push them that far. I mean... general afraid of mines? Never heard of it. Anyway, I don't know the whole story, I am just poking at the given description. I do think exile is a horrible map though, it really is quite boring. I think 1 trick pony shine here because there aren't so many strategic option to worry about.
don't rely on frost nova too much, because restorative scroll will turn you inside out.
I just recently start playing supcom:FA again, and I cant believe how good it feel to hear those words and seeing a big explosion. Even being in the recieving end feel pretty good. So... some nice epic way to end the game? It can also serve as a table turner for an epic come back, which encourage people to stay till the end. Maybe finger of god should be changed into something ammo based (pay once fire once) that can even wipe building off the map? With some cool down of cours
How about premade teams? Internet connection? There are times when exp citadel upgrade is good. Usually the more player and bigger map, the better. In fact, anything aside structure HP and currency 1 is dependant on map and time. Even finger of god came in handy from time to time in map like exile in late game.

The exact thing happened in Guild Wars: Faction, where people actually tried hard to afk... I mean, wtf, why not try hard to win? Aspendwood anyone?
Only ONLY if the particular product interest me. Being a fan/follower is pointless imo. Though I think stardock might be worth investing if I got the money.
