Yea, I've seen these numbers before in my games, but that's normally because we feed their team a few kills. Really you'd need to tell us the time of the game that this happened and everyone's kills/deaths. I've even had 2-3 artifacts by level 10 or 12. It really just depends on how the game plays out. Although, there is still the slight possibility that there is some sort of sell/buy exploit that hasn't been found. But I'm doubting it would be anything major.
regabond
I think this should be implimented along with the conceding option. I just recently played a game where the entire other team left, but we stayed for the favor points.
And when you write thousands of lines of code, you may know what it's all supposed to do but they all sorta just merge into each other and you tend to not see the errors. So fresh programming eyes are almost always better at finding programming bugs than the same eyes that wrote the code. It's just how it is, not the companies fault.
And there is no max speed limit. I've gotten to 14.4 before. I had to use the speed wand, but it was still awesome racing through an entire level faster than a teleport.
If a level system was added, I'd want 2 levels to show. One of the overall player's experience that adds all of their demigod's experience together and uses that. And one that is demigod specific. So once someone picks a demigod we'd know, oh this guy is new with _____ demigod but overall an experienced player. It would make it easier to tell who you'd need to assist or stay away from during the game. Also, cosmetic favor items would be pretty awesome. Not sure how you could m
Well a lot of commands could be linked to pop up command bubble windows.
A desync is when everyone's connection becomes sorta fractured and you are all receiving different information at different times. It ends up where within a few minutes everyone within the game is playing a completely different game if they persist. Once you get a desync the game is over. Its best to just leave and restart instead of waste time with clicking the desync button. However, there are times where it fixes itself, or can. So wait a few pop ups before leaving.
Seriously your reports are what kept most people that might leave, here. There is NO other publisher or developer that I know of that is this up front and its a really nice thing to see. I mean as a company yall need to make lots of money but being honest while making lots of money is so the way to go. I don't really know of any other games that people buy just to support their publisher or developer. So keep up the great work and I'll see if I can send yall a pet badger or something.
Look at you making every game you goto great! Looks great and I'm sure it'll be even better once they support online modded games. You ganna tackle the AI in this one too?
maybe he just got lost and fell asleep under some apple tree
My experience with rage quiting is that a teammate will die once or twice and possibly someone else from our team will die once or twice within the first 5 minutes. That's about 90% of the quitters I see. And this is completely rediculus because normally we still end up winning even with the AI and those first few deaths. It's really a lot easier to make a come back then most people think. Just because someone gets an extra 3k gold doesn't give them an auto win button. Also just because they
In additional, if they are wasting time on just stunning you and slowing you, you're not taking THAT much damage. Just get some items that let you push through those. Or maybe just maybe you shouldn't be trying to solo 3 or 4 other demigods. Because 1 demigod certainly can't do all that to you and even 2 thats a bit much.
that sounds like a pretty cool idea actually. Adds to the longevity
That can be done relatively easily as far as I know. Of course I'd have no idea how to go about doing that.
Then you have to change your tactics. However, I kinda agree with this. If the kill rewards were decreased just a hair and the gold mint returns were increased a bit, it would put less pressure on team with one bad egg of a player.
Unless they changed the engine since the release of Supreme Commander, this game engine cannot handle bridges properly for whatever reason. So as cool as this map would be, the game couldn't run it properly.
They are COMPLETELY aware and have been working nearly triple hours since the game has been released to try to get the connections fixed.
Awesome. I had no idea there were death effects like these.
actually it may not. Since you can't make a hard alliance in game, your minions and such would still attack anyone. Which would make teaming up against one person a lot harder. And not smart either being as that leaves you too open for a betrayal. But I really like this idea.
I'm if you look at other games such as Team Fortress 2, you will see that acheivements are gotten VERY fast because some people feel the need to play 2 days straight in fake games just for to unlock them. If the acheivement adds even half of the stuff you mentioned, new players would be owned every time. Things need to be on the level of favor items. Oh wait we have favor items that will do nearly the same thing once they are working properly. Overall, not a horrible idea, but favor i
second option is not needed. Just get the people in the game to all go random. There's no reason to force those kinds of rules into a game as they are redundant.
Or maybe potions added into the mix
I like this post but I disagree that all demigods needs to be equally potent at the beginning of the game. Some demigods can be allowed to be stronger late game and still remained balanced. This also allows for a variety of gameplay styles.
I had that happen to me with UB's Spit. The thing is, you actually complete the previously activated skill but it will not do anything. It's almost like canceling at the last possible second. So unless you noticed that it did damage twice, there's nothing wrong.
I don't think supreme commander(another GPG game) had random at first either. It seems like that is something they tend to forget about but add in with a later patch.
