JesusofBorg Used it, it has one little bug. Sure when ya get the money cheat it'll give 214748364bc, but if not careful you can end up with -214748364bc.

No new word from either EB or Games Wizards here in Sydney.
Chirotera Thats all I'm after. Already played up to normal level opponents...now I want to just research to Terror Stars build a ton and blow everyone out of the sky.
Just a little annoyance. With the colony ships I find it annoying to have launch them into space then re-enter orbit if I want to colonise a planet in the same system. Possibly have a colony base type setup for in system colonisation?
Agreed I just want to cheat and not enter the Metaverse stats. So yes all I'm after is how to Hex edit the money.
Goddess man you have it good. A wife who shares a love of good PC games. I can't get mine to play the PC except for Spider Solitare...she prefers our Gamecube.
Well it was that exactly as I worte it then.
I don't know about you guys, but I know here that if we buy something from overseas it's tax excempt...unless we pay customs tax but thats irrelevant in this case. If we buy from within Australia the tax is already included in the price....but then again we have one single "sales tax" rate country wide.
Maybe marketing happened.
It works out to be exactly GBP35.17, thats at $US54.95 inclo postage. It's also 52.02 Euros, $C81.50, $NZ100.34 and finally 6620.01 Yen
Are the governments based on the various ideologies...most predominately those of consensus, pluralist and radical?
Heres a thought for Stardock; Direct distribution to Australian stores. I'll reiterate what I found out I rang EB Chastwood (north of Sydney in rich area) and found out that Red Ant is going to pick up the distribution, but since it isn't a manistream game it'll be many many a month before we see it in store. BTW Red Ant is also in Chatswood. I just hope we don't need a credit card to purchase online since I don't have one.
The UK exists?
Frogboy a serious question from me, for a change. If we from the other side of this world purchase the CD or even download from you guys will we need to change our settings in Win (I'm using XP Pro) to US? I once bought a game from the US and had to do just that.
I never really worried about that feature in MOO2. I like the idea of a "flagship" tho. A ship that has all the latest tech and maybe adds a combat bonus to any fleet it leads. I wouldn't mind a ship along the lines of Battlestar Galactica with a whole heap of Colonial Vipers on board.
Question; How can Galciv been pirated if noo one can get it yet...unless it was an insider job?
Elden This'll be the opening speech of a new war; G'day , Look mate ya said some s**t about me missus and we can't have that so ya know I gotta go to war with ya. After the war come on over to our planet for a barbie and a slab and we'll watch some footy. Footy (slang) football can be either Rugby League or Australian Rules depending on reigon. Slab (n) a case of 24 cans or stubbies of beer. Stubby (n) A smaller bottle of beer usually about 300mL.
Auriga Ever been to Australia? If not speak to someone from the US or UK who has they can't seem to keep up. For example to use a famous phrase, with proper aussies terms put in, spoken like an aussie would write like; wouldaputanotherprawnonthebarbieforusandwatchthefrigginsnagsyadipshit. And thats just being nice to a friend.
Australian english is called Strine...a dialect of English, so to speak, much like Cantonese is of Chinese.
As at 0940 AEDST on Sunday 16 March 2003 1 euro = $US1.07 Here in Australia were learn english with proper spelling...colour has a u in it. In high school you can learn a variety of languages but it's not compulsory. Though there are many weekend language schools for high school students. I can write in Basic LOL
Elden When I rang EB Chatswood yesterday (Fri 14 March) they said there is no date as yet....they are probably still in neg with Red Ant who will be distributing it. Besides they need to correct the spelling, as usual it's spelt wrong...it's Galactic Civilisations ;p
1000? My megalomaniac dreams have come true....today Galciv tomorrow the world.
Just did a currency convert for direct purchase. If we buy it from the US it'll cost about $93 incl shipping...which works out about the same as buying it instore anyway.
If, heaven forbid, I cannot get the game here via retail will I still be able to buy the CD off Stardock direct without downloading? Yes I know it's a stupid question, but have to be 100% clear is all. Also will the Bonus Pack be available on CD as well or will it be to small to justify a CD?
Elrikk, I see you live in Canada therefore you evidently have access to decent to decent broadband ISP. Unfortunately for some of us our countries govt's are so screwed up that broadband is just not an option. For example here is Oz the cheapest decent cable option is $A59.95/month with only 300Mb of download available per month. No some of us still have to rely on dial up and therefore games via CD.
