If I am aware of the combo you are aiming for, I can adjust my tactics to counter it. For example: slowing you down and increasing my armor, etc.

I had almost 40,000 gold in a serious game. Practice more and you will improve TerroR.

I posted here to verify that the engine works well on a particular type of system. I bet the problem is related to the video driver. I had horrible lag in beta 2...that is now gone. I am now using an older nvidia driver.

Beta 3 (maxed out) works perfectly on my system (Core 2 Duo 3.3/2GB/8800GTS). I will try it on my lowly laptop later for comparison later. It looks great guys. Good work.

Because you get what you pay for...I would suggest he get an 8800 GTX, but can he afford it? Perhaps. Is it worth it? Oh yeah. The performance of the 9400 versus the 8400 is negligable.

happy, you said you had a Dell system. Post your Service Tag number and I will check its specs. I need to know what type of slots you have...AGP, PCI Express, etc.

happy, how much money are you willing to spend for great performance? That is the real question. You can get a good card for $150 or so. Heck, it just has to support shader 3, etc.

Kr3v: Too bad you won't be playing anymore and trying to find a solution to your Sedna/Rook case. I wouldn't want you in the trenches during a war, though. haha. I too noticed the non-responsiveness of the Queen of Thornes when given an attack command.

Having used Win 7 for 3 weeks now as my main setup...I love it. All the crap that Vista failed at, this one has eliminated. This one will be a winner, trust me.

7hyrael, I completely agree with you man. I actually prefer the Starcraft story. The great being that was once a defender of all that was good eventually being corrupted was an epic storyline and really hooked me. This is the beginning of the story. Not only that, but they are obviously holding back the goodies to keep people eager in the beta. Also, this "suggestion" has been posted several times...no need to keep doing it.

Do you realize that you can tweak this setting and more under game options?
