No. If you don't know that they are consuming something, how are you going to interrupt them?

It wouldn't be much of a "snipe" if it did not hit the intended target.
Shift and Alt are too complicated in my opinion. They just need to add unit frames on the left side of the screen, and each unit frame should show a character portrait, name, their hitpoints, and their mana. That way, if you want to heal someone, you can click on their portrait rather than their actual character in the battlefield. For the minions though, I don't know. I don't think Diablo 2's system would be very effective because it would just make the screen really crowded.
I think the favor system needs to be reworked. It's somewhat ridiculous to award people based on "most" kills, "most" creeps, "most" buildings, etc. because it means that even if you do really really well, you won't get jack if other people did better than you. You will end up with very little favor despite the fact that you made a significant contribution to your team's victory. There have been games where I was on the losing team and ended up with almost as much, if not more, favor
Re: Turtling. That's not the point at all. The point is that towers, fortresses, and creeps should scale with demigods if they are invested in. They will never be an alternative to demigods however, due to the fact that they are controlled by AI and thus are inherently stupid. I don't think having strong buildings will lead to turtling - it would still be very possible for two or more demigods to come together and take down a building, especially if they have minions and/or support. I think you're reading too much into it.
[quote who="kitch45" reply="8" id="2301861"]I like some of your ideas, and dislike others. i agree whooleheartedly that forts need a big buff. Quite a bit more damage and more health. I like you building hp upgrade ideas. The other ideas, espeically the much advanced gold idea seem not as good. [quote who="ZehDon" reply="5" id="2301599"] quoting postThe citadel upgrades are meant to be viable alternative to demigod development. I just wanted to point out this. I don't think it's entirely accurate - I don't think your supposed to neglect your Demigod while upgrading your Citadel, your supposed to work together as a team and spread the cost around while working up your Demigod. Concentrating on Citadel upgrades isn't supposed to replace actually playing the game, otherwise i
Easily abusible. Don't want the enemy to get the kill? Jump to your death!
So all I have to do to get away from someone is to fly over a chasm and stay there until they get bored and leave?
I vote to kick that enemy player who got 15 kills and 0 deaths, he's obviously cheating!!!
Is it possible to implement a windowed mode or something so we can minimize the window or something, instead of alt-tabbing out?
Is that why no one bothers with, for example, Currency Rank 2 and 3?
Some interesting ideas. How does the game determine which demigod is "fleeing" and which one is doing a tactical retreat, or simply repositioning? How about if the enemy demigod is chasing your teammate, and you're chasing them? They are not really fleeing. So are you thinking of the Ride Them Down ability more like a bonus "backstab" damage, but with every attack? The cooldown reduction effect of Conviction is a unique idea. I like it. But the passive speed bonus of W
The citadel upgrades are meant to be viable alternative to demigod development. However, as of right now they are way too weak because they either do not scale properly, or are too expensive for what they accomplish. Here are my suggestions for improvement, along with a few new ideas. Overall Change: For each rank invested in buildings, the reward the enemy demigods get by destroying it goes up by 40g. For instance, if you have for

"YOUR WRONG LOL" types of post do not contribute anything to the discussion. There is nothing that double oaks add to the game that make fighting them more annoying. Exile sucks anyway.
The best is Erebus in Crucible and Exile. Bat Swarm allows you to jump over chasms which drastically reduces travel time. Tower Rook in Crucible is also very brutal.
