ZehDon is Australian and I'm a Singaporean. I'm sure there are plenty of stuff we've not seen from America and vice versa.

I thought it was an ice popsicle. I've also not heard of "A Christmas Story".
I like watching Sedna myself.
Looks like it's a lot more emotions invoking with a greater emphasis on showing the story. A fresh take on the previous glorious shows of jaw-dropping battle footages. I like!

I finished Mass Effect 1.

It's quite hard for us to judge if we're not running a business. They don't have a massive cash cow like Blizzard and they still need to survive. Besides, judging from Sorian's blog posts, GPG appears to be doing a lot of work on Demigod. Quality takes time as always.<

I'm quite surprised you've missed all the Demigod vs Dota vs HoN vs LoL threads. The comparisons have already been discussed to death, so no one sees it necessary to make any new threads about the similarities/differences anymore.
Frankly, I don't see waiting for the new content to be that much of an issue. It's not like everyone is blindly waiting in place, like standing in line to get to a bank teller. Each of us has got other stuff to do, other games to occupy the time, no? Just play more Demigod and have fun, or play other games, learn Lua in preparation for modding, etc. If the community is this impatient for new content, either the original amount of content is unsatisfactory or the community is really im
Sy: Right now there's only been around 500 people invited into the beta. That's going to start changing this week with Demigod players getting first dibs.
Actually, it might not change much. I'm predicting the bulk of the users will be in the US or EU, both of which has a different "gaming time zone" from where I am (SG). I can try to set "region" to be a higher priority match criteria. Incidentally Frogboy, you're on my list of matches but we've probably never
The vast majority of my >70% matched players are unavailable when I'm online in Ready to Play. So having Ready to Play didn't make any difference to me so far. I've got invited twice but in both occasions, everyone seemed to be AFK. Perhaps it's time to change my settings.
I tend to not post much, but I do lurk around. At the front of GPG, there is a television that plays various trailers. I always take a moment to stop when your trailer appears on the screen.
This brought a tear to my eye.
I roflmao-ed.
/disclaimer: I speak from personal opinion. I think it's hard to find time or manpower to organise any such events when they're still busy with working with GPG on the new features for v1.2, Elemental and the usual busy things to do when running a business. They're not a large company like EA or Blizzard. I think some of you are downplaying the arrangements required to get a tournament like this up and running, especially with the prizes involved. In all fairness, things don't always go according to plan. The new demigods will still take a while: http://soriandev.blogspot.com/
^ Not to mention a gaming mouse is easily over that price. I saw a review on youtube of the Bamboo Touch. It seems like a really cool device. The only problem I have is that it might be a bit small and yes, it most certainly would be awkward for gaming.

Holy crap. So by that time I can be playing Demigod in a Holodeck! Even Stardock sounds like a space station for that matter!

Note that "Profit" may sometimes be negative. I did, and look at me now: So you should too! Tell your friends and families now!
It would be very easy for mana draining creeps to break the game. Mana regen creeps are a better and safer idea. They should replace the near-useless angels. Perhaps they could regenerate 10% of your mana base every 10 seconds?
I've always thought it cool to have the angels be able to revive dead reinforcements/minions. That would make them more useful.
